McAdam to re-open Playhouse

Ireland’s Mr Cinema, Belfast theatre owner Michael McAdam, will return to where his empire started when he re-opens, for the second time, the Portrush Playhouse.

He started his remarkable career as the most successful of Ireland’s cinema owners, in the Ulster seaside town 20 years ago but after moving to bigger venues around Ulster he let the cinema go.
