Gest wants to settle down with Burrows

Liza Minnelli's estranged husband David Gest is so in love with new British girlfriend Malandra Burrows, he wants to start a family with her.

Gest has long wanted to be a father and even considered adoption during his brief marriage to Minnelli, before they separated in 2003.

The music producer started dating former Emmerdale soap actress Burrows earlier this year after meeting on UK reality TV show I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

He says: "I'm in love and I hope to have children very soon."

Gest and Minnelli's divorce is expected to be made official in the coming weeks.
