McClelland spurns Snow Patrol

Former Snow Patrol bass player Mark McClelland has slammed his former bandmates for never explaining his sacking from the band.

McClelland - now a member of Little Doses - claims he has yet to speak with frontman Gary Lightbody, two years after his departure.

The 31-year-old says: "It's still an open book but I haven't had any contact with Gary. I still don't know the reasons why I had to leave the band - no one has told me."
