Gosling inspired by girlfriend McAdams

Movie star Ryan Gosling has laughed off reports he has split from longtime girlfriend and 'The Notebook' co-star Rachel McAdams, insisting she's "inspired" him.

Gosling admits he was stunned when McAdams heaped praise on the actor in a recent Elle magazine interview, and now he has taken to getting candid with his romance.

He says: "She's kind… She's inspired me to do so much.

"She's the most discerning person I've ever met. She'll read a script 100 times. She's relentless... and she looks stunning."
