Sharon Osbourne ashamed of self-abuse

Sharon Osbourne is amazed she has survived the abuse she has subjected her body to, piling on weight, crash dieting and undergoing cosmetic surgery.

The rock matriarch and talent show judge admits she is ashamed of the way she has treated herself.

Osbourne, 54, told psychiatrist Dr Pamela Stephenson on UK TV show Shrink Rap: "I feel sorry for my body.

"I've abused it so much, with the weight, thin, fat, thin, fat, all this surgery - all this stuff I've put inside my body.

"It's served me well - I can't believe it's still going because I've definitely abused it so much. I'm ashamed with what I've done to it because I didn't treat it with respect."
