Anna Nicole's death 'accidental overdose'

Former Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith died from an accidental drug overdose, authorities in the US announced today.

Seminole Police Department chief Charlie Tiger said the autopsy finding effectively closed the case on Smith’s sudden death in February.
