The Darkness to change name

British rockers The Darkness have confirmed they are changing their name following the shock departure of frontman Justin Hawkins last year.

The trio, comprising Dan Hawkins, Ed Graham and new frontman Richie Edwards, decided to continue with the band after Justin Hawkins walked out of the group last October.
