Troubled singer Britney Spears has left rehab, her spokeswoman said today.

Troubled singer Britney Spears has left rehab, her spokeswoman said today.

“Britney Spears has been released by the Promises Malibu Treatment Centre after successfully completing their programme,” the pop star’s manager, Larry Rudolph, said in a statement.

“We ask that the media respects her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time.”

Spears entered the centre on February 22.
