Orphanage nurse describes Jolie's newest family member

When Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt arrived at a Vietnamese orphanage last autumn, most of the staff had no idea they were Hollywood superstars.

“They looked very much like ordinary people,” said Bui Thi Bich Tuyen, a nurse at the Tam Binh orphanage, where Jolie adopted the newest member of her family yesterday, three-year-old Pax Thien Jolie.
