Photographer demands paternity test in Smith-baby case
A photographer who claims to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby today urged the late model's partner to undergo paternity tests to end the "circus" surrounding the child.
Speaking after a Los Angeles judge declined to force Smith's partner Howard K. Stern to submit to immediate DNA testing, Larry Birkhead said the legal dispute could be settled swiftly if Stern agreed to be tested.
Los Angeles judge Robert Schnider declined to make a ruling in Larry Birkhead's favour during a closed hearing today, instead ordering both sides to present their arguments at a further hearing on March 28.
Both men claim to be the father of the baby, Dannielynn Hope, who may inherit a multi-million dollar fortune. Zsa Zsa Gabor's eighth husband, Frederic von Anhalt, is among other men claiming to be Dannielynn's father.
