Rowland plots a chart comeback

Former Destiny's Child star Kelly Rowland is hoping to make it fourth time lucky with her new album Ms Kelly after three unofficial releases failed to materialise.

The album was initially slated to hit stores last summer but manager Mathew Knowles insisted he needed more time to "set up the project."
