Anna Nicole to be buried in Bahamas

An appeals court today upheld a judge’s ruling that allowed Anna Nicole Smith to be buried in the Bahamas.

The starlet’s estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, had been fighting last week’s ruling by Judge Larry Seidlin that gave control of the body to an advocate for Smith’s five-month-old daughter, Dannielynn.

The 4th District Court of Appeal ruled against her after hearing oral arguments from attorneys.
