Britney Spears' first husband Jason Alexander fears the pop superstar will end up like late actress/model Anna Nicole Smith if she doesn't curb her wild lifestyle.

The Toxic singer - who stunned fans when she shaved off her locks last week - checked into the Promises treatment centre in Malibu, California on Wednesday night after two failed attempts in the past week to seek counselling for her ongoing problems.
