Halliwell to turn TV host

Geri Halliwell is in talks to host a new British TV show, which will see the former Spice Girl help troubled people meet their famous heroes.

The Wannabe hitmaker, who has previously appeared as a judge on UK television show Popstars: The Rivals, is holding meetings with production company Talkback Thames about the show.

An insider tells British newspaper The Sun: "The idea is to spice up people's lives by showing them that people they admire have similar insecurities.

"For example we might get someone who gets drunk a lot to hang out with a star who's battled the bottle."
