Donovan and Osmond team up to find next Joseph

Pop stars Donny Osmond and Jason Donovan are teaming up as judges on a new British reality TV show to find the lead for a London production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

The pair, who both played Joseph on stage in the 1990s, will join music mogul Andrew Lloyd Webber and host Graham Norton to find a new West End musical star.

An insider says: "They are perfect as they know the show inside out."

The show is a follow-up to BBC's successful How do you solve a Problem Like Maria, in which hopeful Connie Fisher won the lead in a West End production of The Sound of Music.
