Less than 24 hours after shaving her head, pop star Britney Spears donned a platinum wig at partied by the pool at a chic West Hollywood hotel on Saturday.

Spears stunned the world by walking into a hair salon in Tarzana, California, on Friday night and removing her entire head of hair with shaving clippers.
