Mirren, Nicholson are sexiest oldies

Helen Mirren has been named the sexiest older woman in the world in a new survey of film fans.

The 61-year-old beat Sophia Loren, 72, to the title. The silver screen siren came second, followed by 57-year-old Meryl Streep and Judi Dench, 72 in third and fourth and Diane Keaton, 61, in fifth.

Jack Nicholson, 69, is the sexiest male star - followed by Sean Connery, 76, Robert Redford, 70, Clint Eastwood, 76 and 60-year-old Danny Glover.

More than 2,000 users of Lovefilm.com were surveyed.
