Anna Nicole Smith has attacked ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead in a furious internet message as the photojournalist battles to gain custody of the baby he claims is his.

Birkhead launched legal proceeding against the busty model/actress last year, after going public with claims he was the biological father of Smith's baby daughter, Dannielynn.
