Widespread welcome for Jade's eviction

The public vote to evict Jade Goody from Celebrity Big Brother was today described as "the most important in Britain since the last General Election".

An editorial in British newspaper The Sun denounced her as a "vile, pig-ignorant racist bully" who was consumed by envy of Shilpa Shetty's "superior intelligence, beauty and class".
