Armani: Beckham wants to be an actor

Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani insists soccer star David Beckham has signed with the Los Angeles Galaxy because he wants to eventually try and establish an acting career.

Beckham announced last week that he and wife his former Spice Girl wife Victoria were moving to the US after he had decided not to renew his contract with Real Madrid.
