Lindsay Lohan wasted no time hitting the town after having her appendix taken out - she was seen partying in Hollywood just days after undergoing surgery.

The 'Mean girls' star had her appendix removed on Thursday and was photographed leaving a Los Angeles hospital on Friday morning.
