Timberlake's film still facing delays

Justin Timberlake's new movie Alpha Dog faces a lengthy release delay if an accused murderer gets his way in an appeals court.

The film, in which the pop star plays a tattooed killer, premiered in Los Angeles on Wednesday night and is slated to hit US cinemas next week.
