Death-fall video clears Doherty

CCTV footage has cleared troubled rocker Pete Doherty of any blame in the death of British actor Mark Blanco.

The 30-year-old suffered fatal injuries after falling from a balcony outside a party attended by the Babyshambles star in London last month.

Despite being involved in an altercation with Blanco earlier in the evening, video footage of Blanco's death shows conclusively it was accidental.

He died after climbing over the second-floor balcony's safety railings and trying to leap onto a nearby lamppost.
