Director Lee and brother in property dispute

Spike Lee's brother Christopher is furious the director will not let him sell a piece of land he is legally entitled to so he can avoid being evicted from his home.

Christopher claims he has been forced to go on welfare and is being thrown out of his Brooklyn, New York apartment because his brother refuses to help him financially.
