The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers' Christmas went with a bang back in the early 1990s - when an unfortunate mishap saw the star almost losing an eye.

The Somebody Told Me singer had an accident with an air gun over the festive season, and was nearly blinded when one of the pellets bounced back and hit him in the face.
