Lawsuit against DiCaprio and Maguire thrown out

A Hollywood producer has had his lawsuit against Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire dismissed. He claimed the actors deliberately tried to prevent the release of a movie made before they were famous.

John Schindler had alleged the stars conspired to block Don's Plum, which took six days to shoot in 1995 and 1996, from being distributed.
