Holmes laughs off pregnancy rumours

Tom Cruise's new wife Katie Holmes has laughed off reports she is pregnant with their second child.

The actors wed in Italy last month after a 19-month courtship and seven months after the birth of their daughter Suri.

Recent reports claim Holmes' stomach was the subject of speculation at the couple's post-wedding party in Beverly Hills, California, with gossips claiming the Batman Begins beauty looked pregnant.

However, Cruise's representative says: "To our knowledge, Katie is not pregnant."
