An Inconvenient Truth is a powerful film

Former US Presidential candidate Al Gore flies the flag for the environment in An Inconvenient Truth (Paramount, €24.99), a powerful film that serves as a wake-up call for those concerned about global warming.

And we have cause to worry, says Gore, for we cannot afford to ignore the warning signs.

Directed by Davis Guggenheim, he also supplies an audio commentary, one of two among the extras. Gore also brings us up to date on issues raised, while there is also a making of featurette and a music video.

Well worth checking out.
