Man sues over Borat bathroom scene

An American man claims he was “accosted” by the star of the spoof documentary Borat – alias comedian Sacha Baron Cohen – while using the toilet at an upmarket restaurant last year, according to a lawsuit.

It is the latest of several lawsuits filed since the release of Borat: Cultural Learnings Of America For Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan.
