My Super Ex-Girlfriend let down by script
Seeing Luke Wilson’s name on the credits is usually enough to send me running in a different direction, but My Super Ex-Girlfriend (Paramount, €24.99) has the advantage of Uma Thurman in a starring role.
She plays the delightful and gorgeous G-Girl who is drawn to Wilson, who is far from being a superhero himself — a touch of the Clark Kent and Lois Lane situation.
In fairness, Wilson isn’t bad here, but the film is let down by a script that fails to hit the right spots.
Extras-wise, there six deleted scenes, an audio commentary and several featurettes.
3/5.
