Crusading actress Angelina Jolie paid her respects to victims of the Cambodian genocide with a visit to a former prison in the country's capital.

The Tomb Raider star arrived unannounced in Cambodia on Wednesday but took time out of overseeing a conservation project to look round Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum in Phnom Penh with her boyfriend Brad Pitt.
