Winstone, Ramsay and Little Britain take Emmy honours

British television shows swept most of the top honours at the International Emmy Awards in New York, which honours excellence in television programming produced outside the US.

The award for best drama series went to the time-shifting police saga Life on Mars, while the best comedy title went to Little Britain.
