Jackson to perform Thriller at award ceremony

Pop superstar Michael Jackson has asked R&B star Chris Brown to help recreate a spectacular live version of Thriller at tomorrow's World Music Awards in London.

Organisers of the show, which is held at London's Earls Court, are remaining tight-lipped about the star's performance, but it is understood the singer has recruited Brown to reproduce the famous graveyard video for the award ceremony.

It will be Jackson's first live performance in the UK for nine years.

The 14-minute minute pop promo was directed by An American Werewolf in London's John Landis and was the most expensive video of its time, costing $800,000 (€622,765).
