Actor Jack Palance dies at home

Oscar-winning Western actor Jack Palance, who starred in Shane, Sudden Fear and City Slickers, has died.

The 87-year-old died of natural causes at his home in Montecito, California, surrounded by family, said spokesman Dick Guttman.
