Diaz to get nose job

Hollywood beauty Cameron Diaz is so unhappy with her nose she's decided to go under the knife.

The Charlie's Angels actress has broken it four times already, the last time in a surfing accident, and now hopes corrective surgery will put everything back in place.

However, the star is adamant she's not undergoing the procedure for vain reasons - the disfigurement is actually hampering her breathing.

"I'm getting it fixed," she said. "I can't take it. I cannot breathe at all.

"One side of my nose is totally shattered - my septum is basically like a train derailed."
