Sienna Miller has blamed her Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania bar outburst last month on tiredness, and has apologised for the sharp exchange with a doorman.

The Alfie star reportedly ignored Dan Kovak's request for ID at the entrance and ordered a drink before she was asked to leave.
