Fox: 'Parkinson's a gift'

Michael J Fox says he is grateful for his Parkinson's Disease, calling it "a gift".

The Back To The Future star has accepted his shaking will only get worse unless a cure is discovered, but he insists his life is richer for Parkinson's.

He says: "It's a progressive disease. I'm not gonna get any better. For me, unique to my situation, it's a gift; it's a gift that keeps on taking but it's a gift. I wouldn't go back.

"The path it's put me on has been so amazing."
