Wind That Shakes The Barley up for British awards

The Cannes winner, Ken Loach's The Wind that Shakes the Barley, set against the Civil War, is up for major honours at the coming British Independent Film Awards including Best Film, Best Director and Best Actor (Cillian Murphy).

And Peter O'Toole will be up against Murphy in the Best Actor race for his role as Maurice in Venus.
