Simpson scared of dating

Singer/actress Jessica Simpson is afraid she will never date again after her painful divorce from former heart-throb Nick Lachey, because potential suitors are put off by her celebrity status.

Despite being linked to singer John Mayer, Scrubs actor Zach Braff and her Employee of the Month co-star Dane Cook, the busty blonde has denied being courted by anyone since her divorce in June.

Simpson says: "My fear is that I won't ever date anybody, because they'll think I'm going to ruin their career. That they'll be on the cover of every tabloid and it will automatically take away their credibility, to be bluntly honest with you."
