Ice Cube: Schwarzenegger failing the poor

Rapper-turned-actor Ice Cube has slammed the governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, for failing to do enough to help the poor in the west-coast state.

Ice Cube, real name O'Shea Jackson, hit out at the former action hero, who was best known for his roles in the Terminator trilogy before turning his hand to politics.

He says: "Schwarzenegger? While I'm a fan of his movies, he just pisses me off by the fact that he is the governor of California.

"The man should just focus his attention on California and what he's going to do about poverty, which at the moment appears to be nothing."
