Anna Nicole Smith faces eviction from the Bahamas if claims made by a former boyfriend are true.

Anna Nicole Smith faces eviction from the Bahamas if claims made by a former boyfriend are true.

The actress/model, who buried her 20-year-old son Daniel in Nassau last week, has illegally claimed residency on the island if allegations made by South Carolina-based property developer Gaither Ben Thompson are to be believed.

A spokeswoman for the realtor tells TMZ.com the busty blonde bought a Bahamian property on credit from Thompson, whom she briefly dated, but has not paid a penny for it.

A source tells the website Smith attempted to convince Thompson he was the father of her newborn baby Dannielynn in May, a month before another ex, Larry Birkhead, went public about the pregnancy, claiming he was the biological father.

Thompson laughed off the claims because he had undergone a vasectomy before he started dating Smith.

Shortly after this incident, Smith and her attorney Howard K Stern jetted to the Bahamas and took up residency in one of Thompson's homes.

But now, the real-estate tycoon's lawyer, Tracy Ferguson, claims the $1m (€797,800) property that helped her establish legal residency in the Bahamas, under the premise she owned a home there, is not really hers.

Ferguson tells TMZ.com that her client sold one of his homes to Smith on credit, but has never paid a cent. Ferguson says Anna Nicole is in default and Thompson wants her out by the end of the month.
