Not a dud in The Robert de Niro Collection

An excellent introduction to the work of one of Hollywood’s finest actors is The Robert de Niro Collection (Universal, €35.99), which brings together five of his films and some outstanding performances, from the Vietnam vet Travis Bickle who takes the law into his own hands in Taxi Driver to the manipulative mobster front man Sam Rothstein in Casino.

Also included in this fine boxset are Cape Fear, Sleepers (where he appears as a priest) and Mean Streets. Not a dud in the collection.
