Elton guides Chaplin through rehab

Elton John has offered his services as an unlikely advisor to troubled rocker Tom Chaplin, and the Rocket Man has reportedly spent hours on the phone counselling the Keane star through rehab.

Elton was saddened when he heard about Chaplin's battle with alcohol and cocaine addiction, and was determined to help him in any way possible.
