Charlie's Angel Fawcett diagnosed with cancer

Charlie's Angel actress Farrah Fawcett has confirmed she is undergoing treatment for cancer.

A spokesman for the 59-year-old actress did not detail the type of cancer, but said it was recently diagnosed and involves a fast-growing tumour.
