Jet owner sentenced for videotaping Jackson

The former owner of an American jet-hire company has been found guilty of videotaping superstar Michael Jackson without his knowledge or consent of one of the company's aircraft.

XtraJet owner Jeffrey Borer admitted in a Los Angeles court, that he and his co-defendant had recorded "a professional entertainer" with two digital video recorders installed in one of his Gulfstream jets.
