The woman accused of stalking Colin Farrell told a court on Monday she was sorry for confronting the Irish actor during his appearance on America's The Tonight Show in July.
Dessarae Bradford, 31, admitted her actions were over-zealous, but insists her "relationship" with the Miami Vice star was real.
Bradford, who has previously written a book about her alleged affair with Alec Baldwin, believes Farrell "just wanted to be book number two".
She fumed: "He's trying to give the impression that I'm some stalker, some delusional fan, which is absolutely not true."
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled in July Bradford must keep at least 150 metres away from Farrell until the court hearing last month.
The restraining order has since been extended to 2009.
