Kasabian star slams music industry

Kasabian guitarist Serge Pizzorno has lashed out at the music industry after he recently collapsed from exhaustion.

The British rocker was hospitalised after blacking out at Heathrow airport, following a session of heavy partying during Kasabian's promotional tour for new album Empire.

He says: "I stayed up one night, then met the band at Heathrow (airport) the next morning. I collapsed in the airport. We're eager little workers, but there's a destructive side to this industry."
