Little Miss Sunshine

Another dysfunctional family takes to the road … heading to disaster.

Little Olive (Brolin) longs to become the Miss Sunshine of the title and her loving family wants her to achieve her dream.

They all set off to the contest. Alas, they’re the sort of people who shouldn’t be allowed to wander beyond their front gate.

You name your fave dysfunction and mum, dad, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, grandpop and all have it in spades.

It’s an often funny film and the playing is quite enjoyable, it’s just that too many quirks make for the sort of folk you’d want to avoid.
