In spite of yourself – and your better judgement – you’ll find yourself chuckling at this film, while at the same time hoping nobody actually spots you doing it.

It’s about … well, drinking. Two brothers in Germany for Oktoberfest discover an old local boozing contest and for the honour of the good old US of A decide to take on all-comers.

It’s pitched at a fairly low level and it hasn’t been picking up rave reviews, but it’s the sort of mindless film that will carry you through an evening’s entertainment … provided there’s a strong drink waiting for you at the end.
