Elle MacPherson has admitted she is wracked with guilt for not supporting Kylie Minogue through her breast cancer battle, labelling it one of her "biggest regrets".

The Aussie exports are friends, but Elle held back from calling Kylie after news of her cancer broke - thinking she would want to retain her privacy and spend time with family and friends.
